Pascal Haller is the European Technical and Development Director for the European Eurofins laboratories. He has been a specialist in the various methods of asbestos fibre detection and identification for almost 20 years. He managed several laboratories in the Eurofins laboratory network before taking over technical management at European level.
As an assessor and member of the ‘asbestos’ commissions of the French accreditation body, Pascal has contributed to various programmes relating to asbestos analysis, asbestos removal strategy and pollution in the workplace. An active member of various standardisation and innovation working groups in France, he works hard to advance knowledge on the subject.
At the conference, he will explain the differences between TEM and SEM microscopy, a topic with which he is deeply familiar and knowledgable.
