Currently, Dr. Beheshti serves as the Chief Scientist and Head of Scientific Innovation at the Asbestos and Dust Diseases Research Institute (ADDRI). With over a decade of experience investigating the role of EVs as potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets in various pathological disorders, particularly cancer, she leads a team of early-career medical scientists at ADDRI.
