Heinz Kropiunik has a broad experience and knowledge of managing natural resources and environmental aspects, such as water, fire and asbestos. He has also been responsible for what may have been the largest asbestos removal project ever, certainly in Europe, of the Vienna International Centre, home to the United Nations Office (‘UNO City’) and workplace to thousands of employees. This project will be the backdrop of his presentation on the importance of a Due Diligence in the real estate sector, covering asbestos in conjunction with the regulation EN ISO 16000-32.
