Kim Brislane

CEO of ADDRI

Kim Brislane has over 30 years experience and expertise in the NGO sector. She is the Chief Executive of the WHO’s Collaborating Centre for the Elimination of Asbestos Related Disease – ADDRI (Asbestos and Dust Diseases Research Institute, Sydney)  which is doing exceptional work to improve the diagnosis and treatment options for mesothelioma and asbestos-related diseases. Kim also is on the Executive Committee of the Australian WHO CC Network.

Kim’s priority is to drive awareness, partnerships and action to address and stop asbestos related disease in Australia and internationally – specifically developing countries. She leads a team of researchers, oncologists, nurse specialists and project specialist who are located in a state-of-the-art research facility in Sydney.
